Challenge
As we were inspecting this home in Long Branch, NJ we found some termite activity in the crawl space.
Solution
With the owner’s permission, injected a foaming termiticide into the wooden beams in the crawl space and then injected a liquid version around the entire exterior of the home. The termiticide binds to the treated areas and creates a protective zone that the termites can't detect. The termites will unknowingly come in contact with this treatment as they go about their normal routine, bring it back to their nest, and transfer it among their colony. A short while later, the termites are exterminated and the home will be protected from these pests for many years to come.
