Extremely pleased and would recommend this company to anyone. The technician was very professional and courteous. He came to identify a bug and give a free estimate. After checking out the problem and taking a sample with him, he called me back within less than a half hour of leaving here with the information. It seems that our problem was able to be solved without any treatments from them and he recommended what we can do on our own to rectify the problem. I was amazed that they did not try to push any services or recommend something that we didn't need. I felt they were completely honest and weren't looking to make a quick profit.

Got the job done quickly and haven't seen anything come back so far. Was good with explaining the situation and what was going to be used to get rid of it.

Incredibly thorough. He even went into the basement crawl spaces to check the mouse traps, something not all your technicians do. I greatly appreciated the time he took and would love to have Kevin as our technician on future calls.

Professional and polite. I would recommend him to a friend. This morning I found a beg bug crawling on my son's bed. The room was exterminated the night before, so I am wondering if this is just one or if I need another treatment from the exterminator.
