I wanted to let you know what a pleasure it is working with Roland.  Management appreciates the excellent service he provides to the homeowners of this community.  Several homeowners have said he is always pleasant, but I already know this because he stops in the management office with a smile every other Monday.  He completes all work orders with legible notes and clarity.  He checks in and out with the homeowners so that they know their issue is being resolved.  He’s got a great sense of humor, and his smile is infectious!    Denise is also efficient and responds to Management in a timely matter.  She is appreciated as well.
