Almost every piece of insulation was saturated with mice urine and loaded with their feces.
Tunnels in the Insulation
We also found mice tunnels in the insulation too. Mice can create holes and tunnels in insulation to build nests, especially in soft, warm areas like crawl spaces. These tunnels can compromise insulation's effectiveness and create pathways for mice to move around the home.
Set Up the Bait Stations for Mice
We installed a number rodent bait stations throughout the attic and in several locations around the exterior of the home.
A Number of Return Visits
Once we had finished we scheduled several follow up visits to monitor the mice activity, replenish the bait in all of the rodent bait stations, and then seal up any openings around and inside of the home that the mice are using to infest the property.
