Crawl Space Vents & Doors
...several of the crawl space vents weren't properly closed off and there was a large space underneath the back door to the building.

We informed the owner about these access points and then began installing a number of rodent bait stations around the exterior of the building and in several locations inside the property.
When We Return
When we finished we made sure to schedule a number of follow-up visits to monitor the mice activity, replenish the bait stations as needed, and properly exclude the access points around and inside the building.
Especially the Back Door
