Here are some of the areas that the rats were getting in.
Openings Around Pipes
We observed multiple openings around a number of utility pipes that rats were using to infest the property.
Chewed & Tunneled Their Way Into the Basement
When we inspected the basement, we found several pieces of the insulation torn up and scattered throughout the area. Turns out that the rats were residing in the insulation!
Time to Set Up
We installed a number of rodent bait stations around the exterior of the property and in several locations throughout the basement.
We'll Be Back
We will return for a couple of follow up visits to replenish the bait inside the bait stations and properly exclude all of the current and potential entry points inside and outside of the home.
