Preventing a Potential Rodent Issue in Parlin, NJ
Challenge
During a start up service for a new Home Protection Plan customer in Parlin, NJ, we noticed several pontential openings around the property that mice or rats can use to infest the home. We found two in the attic and one around the A/C utility line on the exterior of the home. Fortunately, after a thorough inspection, we didn't find any find any evidence of rodents infesting the home.
Solution
So we stuffed each opening on the exterior and interior of the home with Xcluder™ Fill Fabric and then sealed them with a premium, waterproof adhesive.
