It's rather infrequent in this modern age, when I take the time to acknowledge extraordinary service, primarily because it's simply hard to find, (especially in the world of pests) but I felt compelled to take a few keyboard moments. You were here yesterday and thoroughly evaluated our raccoon and bat visitors effect on our attic.  Your honesty and demeanor were self-evident.  There was a special caring and concern in your voice.  Your assessment was of critical damage and major work to be done which of course shocked us.  but your professionalism and experience walked us meticulously through the insurance coverage aspect.  You were patient as we called our insurance agent.  You gave us all the materials, pictures and diagrams we'd need to submit.  We submitted a few minutes later.

Justin was very nice and did everything he could to fix the problem with the raccoon.  Our raccoon was sneaky and seems to have move on.  Thank you for the excellent and prompt service.

10 stars Stephen great guy. Slid into my crawl space like a ninja, did a lap round the property. Was here early. Super friendly and thorough 

eeal personable and professional, explained what he was doing and the habits of raccoons. Listened intently as to what I heard and observed. A pleasure to deal with. He did a great job with placing traps and replacing dropped soffit pieces.

We had a family of five groundhogs invade our property. We called Cowleys who came by and set up traps. I couldn't believe that two hours later there were four ground hogs trapped.  Matt cmae back, picked them up and reset the trap. We then called back about a half hour after Matt picked up the first 4, and let Cowleys know that the 5th ground hog in the trap.  The entire job was done in one day in the space of 4 1/2 hours!!! I am so happy with Matt.  He is awesome and did an outstanding job. It's obvious that Matt loves what he does. I also told Cowleys that I want to go ahead with the dig defense Matt had explained to me.
