For weeks I heard sounds in my house and finally called Little Rascals to investigate. I couldn't believe it was bats in my attic. I thought that only happened in the movies. I appreciated their promptness and knowledge in dealing with getting rid of the bats as well as blocking them from returning.

It's rather infrequent in this modern age, when I take the time to acknowledge extraordinary service, primarily because it's simply hard to find, (especially in the world of pests) but I felt compelled to take a few keyboard moments. You were here yesterday and thoroughly evaluated our raccoon and bat visitors effect on our attic.  Your honesty and demeanor were self-evident.  There was a special caring and concern in your voice.  Your assessment was of critical damage and major work to be done which of course shocked us.  but your professionalism and experience walked us meticulously through the insurance coverage aspect.  You were patient as we called our insurance agent.  You gave us all the materials, pictures and diagrams we'd need to submit.  We submitted a few minutes later.
