Was wonderful. Explained the entire process, what squirrels' habits are, and what was likely to happen.Tom did a thorough inspection (inside and out) and proceeded to set up the trapping. In fact, he spotted another area of siding that I wasn't even aware of that seemed to have been chewed by squirrels. He covered that up with metal and sealed it. This way, he said, they didn't have an alternative way in or out.
