We found a ton of mice droppings all over the attic.
Insulation Was Comprised
Almost every piece of insulation was contaminated with urine and feces and needed to be replaced. After discussing a few options, the owner decided to, once the mice are gone, have our Attic Systems team come out to remove all the insulation and add new TruSoft blown-in cellulose insulation.
Bait Stations for Mice
We installed several rodent bait stations throughout the attic as well as in several locations around the exterior of the home.
Come Back Again & Again
Once we were all done we scheduled a number of return visits to monitor the activity, replenish the bait stations as needed, and properly seal up any and all access points around the home that the mice are using to infest the property.
