Pests We Treat Photo Album: All the Areas the Mice Were Using to Infest Home in Port Monmouth, NJ
There were a number of areas that the mice were using to get into this home in Port Monmouth, NJ.
Here's One Way
In order to determine exactly how the mice were getting into the home, we inspected the inside and outside of the home. During our inspection, we found one of the ways the mice were getting in! There were wide gaps around a number of exterior utility lines and pipes.
Gaps in Bilco Doors
We also found gaps around the biclo doors to the crawl space...
No Crawl Space Door
...as well as there was no crawl space vent and the area was wide open! All a mice needs to enter a building is an opening the width of a pencil.
Set Up
First, we're going to install a number of rodent bait stations throughout the inside of this home, the crawl space, and in several locations around the exterior of the home.
Return
When we're finished, we're going to schedule a number of return visits with the homeowner to replenish the bait in the bait stations, monitor the activity, and properly seal off & exclude all the access areas around the property.
