As soon as we inspected the area we found a massive amount of mice droppings throughout the crawl space.

Mice Tunnels Too

We also found mice tunnels in almost every piece of insulation throughout the area. We also noticed a number of wires had chew marks on them.

What Are Mice Tunnels Again

Mice can create holes and tunnels in insulation to build nests, especially in soft, warm areas like crawl spaces. These tunnels can compromise insulation's effectiveness and create pathways for mice to move around the home.

The Set Up for Mice

We installed a number rodent bait stations throughout the crawl space as well as in several locations around the exterior of the property.

Come Back Again

Lastly, we scheduled several follow up visits to monitor the mice activity, replenish the bait in the rodent bait stations, and seal up any openings around and inside of the home that the mice are using to infest the property.
