When I inspected, I came across an active termite swarm in the office and noticed the window frame was damaged.
In order to effectively treat for the termites, I needed to drill into the slab to reach the termites. Once the drilling was finished, I injected the termiticide.
This termiticide creates a protective zone that is undetectable to the termites. They will come in contact with the treatment and share it among their colony. This is known as the transfer effect.
In a short amount of the time, the termites are eliminated and the building is protected from termites for many years to come.
Recently, I performed a termite treatment for a commercial building in Tinton Falls, NJ.
