Cracks in the Foundation
We found several cracks in the foundation on the exterior of the home along with mice droppings near them.
Wide Openings
There were also several wide openings around a number of utility pipes that lead into the basement. So we examined that area....
Mice Tunnels in the Basement
...and found several mice tunnels throughout the insulation. We installed a number of rodent bait stations throughout the basement and in several locations around the exterior of the home.
Come Back Until the Rodents Are Gone
When we were all done we scheduled a number of follow up visits with the owner to come back out to replenish the bait stations as needed, monitor the rodent activity, and properly seal up and exclude any and all openings around the property that the rodents can use to enter the home.
