After thoroughly inspecting the bedroom we found the bed bugs harboring behind the headboard.

Love the Pressure

Bed bugs love to harbor in tight crevices of beds, couches, and other areas where they feel pressure on both sides of their body. They can also be found in other areas, like a rug or a suitcase, where they have close access to a blood meal.

Time to Treat for the Bed Bugs

For treatment, we vacuumed up all the live bed bugs and their eggs. After that, we treated every single crevice of the headboard, mattress, and bed frame with a fungicide application. The fungicide application is going to create a barrier that will infect and neutralize the bed bugs quickly.

To Be on the Safe Side

Once we finished with that, as a precaution, we treated every single outlet throughout the bedroom with a residual dusting product. This will target bed bugs of all life stages, sex, and feeding status and exterminate them within a short amount of time.

One More Thing Before We Go

Once we were all done, we scheduled a number of follow-up inspections to monitor the bed bug activity and apply any additional treatments if necessary.
