We were hearing scratching and scampering sounds upstairs at sunrise and sundown and thought we had a squirrel problem. The wildlife technicians, Stephon and Ron, were very knowledgeable and efficient. They got the job done by identifying the potential entry point on the roof, installing a one-way trap so squirrels could exit but not renter. They followed up diligently for three weeks, and sealed up all potential entry points to prevent future incursions. Thanks!

I wanted your office to know what a fantastic job Randy did with our bat issue.  Randy was so kind, so professional and he answered all of our questions and concerns.  Randy also spoke with my husband and put our minds at ease.

Friendly and courteous. I have a problem with squirrels in my attic. He set 4 traps and within 3 hours one squirrel was caught. On day 2, three squirrels were caught. This company is amazing and I highly recommend them.

Is a gem. He listened to my concerns related to my squirrel problem, He set the traps and was just very kind and considerate. Thankfully, five squirrels were trapped and released. So grateful for Stephon and Cowley's. The cleaning crew was Stephon and Tom. They arrived on time and cleaned the area in the 1 hour they told me it would take.
