The squirrels chewed their way into this home in Barnegat, NJ and we're going to evict them!
Only One-Way
As you can see, the squirrels chewed into the soffit and created not one, but three entry points. So we temporarily enclosed two of the entry points with hardware cloth, installed a one-way device over the other entry point, and set up several baited devices nearby. The one-way device allows the squirrels to safely exit the home, but prevents them from getting back in.
Retrieved Safely
After a short period of time, we retrieved all the squirrels and took them to a safer location. We then removed the hardware cloth, disinfected the attic space...
A Sturdy Fix
...and installed sturdy metal flashing over the damaged area.
Repaired & Secured
Now the soffit area is excluded from all nuisance wildlife!
