We were able to safely remove all the bats from this condo association in Holmdel, NJ and now we're going to make sure they don't get back in.
Area One: The Ridge Vents
One of the ways the bats were getting into the properties was through the ridge vents. So to properly exclude the areas, we installed Ridge-Guard®.
Ridge-Guard®
Ridge-Guard® secures and reinforces the ridge vent shingles to prevent the bats from entering the building through this area.
The Attic Fans
The bats were also getting in through the attic fans, so we installed an attic fan cover over each one.
Stops All Nuisance Wildlife
The attic fan covers are made of heavy-duty 18 Gauge expanded Galvannealed steel mesh and will prevent all nuisance wildlife from gaining access into the home through these areas.
Community is Protected
Now the community is properly protected from bats, flying squirrels, and other nuisance wildlife.
