Bats & Squirrels

This custom-built home was constructed without a soffit and had a wide opening going around the entire perimeter of the home. This lead to both squirrels and bats taking advantage and infesting the home.

Safely Removed

A short while after setting up our devices, we successfully and safely removed all of the bats and squirrels that had infested the home. Now all that's left is to properly exclude theses areas!

Pest-Blok

To accomplish that, we fashioned several pieces of Pest-Blok and installed them around the home.

Effectively Protects the Area

Pest-Blok is a sturdy material that undergoes a silicone-protected polyester coating process, which makes it last longer. Additionally, it doesn't restrict the airflow to the attic & guards the home against bats, flying squirrels, birds, and other nuisance wildlife.

Blends In

We made sure to install a different colored Pest-Blok for other areas of the property to blend it in the proper color scheme of the home.
