...and through the ridge vent! After we successfully and safely removed all the bats from the home, we began the exclusion process.

Ridge-Guard® for the Ridge Vents

In order to properly secure the ride vents, we installed Ridge-Guard®.

Reinforces the Ridge Vent

Ridge-Guard® will secure and reinforce the ridge vent shingles, in order to prevent the bats from entering the home through that area.

As for the Attic Fans

For the attic fans, we installed an attic fan cover over them. The attic fan covers are made of heavy-duty 18 Gauge expanded Galvannealed steel mesh and will prevent the bats, and other nuisance wildlife, from gaining access into the home through these areas.

As for the Gable Vent

Lastly, we installed a louvered vent guard over the gable vent. This material is made out of heavy-duty Galvannealed steel (which means it won't rust), is customized to accommodate vents of all shapes & sizes, and will prevent bats, birds, pests and all nuisance wildlife from entering the home through the gable vents.
