Pests We Treat Photo Album: Mice Bother Homeowners in Jamesburg, NJ
Recently, we were sent out to a home in Jamesburg, NJ to handle a mice problem.
Small Gap Around the A/C Unit
As we were inspecting the exterior of the home to find out how the mice were getting inside, we noticed a small gap around one of the window A/C units.
Window Frame Damaged
We also noticed that one of the window frames was badly damage and had a hole in it that lead right inside!
Not Too Small for Mice
Additionally, there were gaps in the bilco doors. Think these openings are too small for mice? Think again! Mice can squeeze through tiny gaps as small as a dime or a pencil width (1/4 inch wide). This happens because their skulls are the only hard parts of their bodies that limit their size. If a mouse's head fits through an opening, the rest of its soft body can slip right through
Bait Stations Installed
We installed a number of rodent bait stations in the interior of the home as well as in several locations on the exterior of the home.
Check on the Activity
We will come back to the property to monitor the activity, replenish the bait inside the rodent bait stations as needed, and seal up any and all entry points that the mice are and can use to infest the home.
