During our inspection, we located several access points in and around the home. Several of which were loose and damaged crawl space vents.
Weather Stripping Needs Replacing
We also found mice droppings throughout the garage. After thoroughly examining the area we noticed that there was a gap underneath the garage door that was the perfect size for the mice to enter.
Setting Up for Mice
We installed several Ready-to-Use rodent bait stations throughout the garage, the crawl space, and in several locations around the exterior perimeter of the home.
Come Back Again
Once we finished we scheduled several follow up visits to monitor the mice activity, replenish the bait in the bait stations as needed, and properly exclude all current and potential access points inside and outside of the home.
