We're ecstatic to welcome Alexander "Xander" Bossone to the Cowleys family. A resident of Manasquan NJ, Xander joined Cowleys Little Rascals Nuisance Wildlife Division in October 2025. Aside from his can-do attitude and plethora of experiences (from various managerial roles to car salesman), it was Xander's handyman skills and construction knowledge that really impressed us!
When not climbing roofs and relocating nuisance wildlife, Xander loves to hunt, fish, go camping, and attend concerts. His favorite activity is volunteering at Rescue Ridge, an animal rescue shelter. In fact, he rescued his dog, Rex, out of the woods in Neptune, NJ and nursed him back to health!
