Harley joined the Cowleys Appointment Center team in October 2025 and brings a calm, positive, and understanding approach to every client interaction. As an Appointment Center Representative, Harley enjoys helping people feel heard and understood while working to provide the best possible service experience.

For Harley, great customer service starts with patience and truly listening to clients. She believes taking the time to understand where someone is coming from helps create a smoother and more positive experience for everyone involved. Her goal is always to bring positive energy and a thoughtful approach when assisting clients.

Outside of work, Harley enjoys traveling, exploring new places, spending time outdoors, shopping, and trying new food spots. She also loves cooking, along with hobbies centered around hair and skincare. After growing up with multiple dogs, she now has one dog of her own and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends whenever she can.

A perfect day off for Harley would include nice weather, being outside, discovering new places to eat, and simply enjoying the moment. Friends and family would describe her as funny, creative in her own way, real, quiet but observant, and someone who doesn’t waste time on unnecessary drama
