Shannon B

We'd like to welcome Shannon to the Cowleys family as one of our Appointment Center Representatives! Shannon, a resident of Point Pleasant, NJ, joined Cowleys in February 2025 and her impressive job experience, professional demeanor, organizational skills, and warm smile has been a welcomed addition to Cowleys! 

Shannon will be the first contact that a prospective customer has with Cowleys. She happily takes on a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the day, such as scheduling service appointments, explaining Cowleys various services to prospective customers, sales, and answering service inquiries.  

When not at Cowleys, Shannon enjoys spending time outdoors with her friends and family. In addition, she loves a good crime documentary and is an avid swimmer!
