Donyelle S

Donyelle, a new resident of Farmingdale, NJ, joined our team in November of 2021 as one of our busy Appointment Center Representatives. She brings the highest personal standards to Cowleys and is a welcomed addition to our team.

Donyelle joined us with an extensive background in customer service. As an Office Manager for over 5 years, some of her responsibilities included making appointments, typing out contracts, dealing with customers on a daily basis, and inventory control. Donyelle is often the first contact that a prospective customer has with Cowleys. She happily takes on a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the day, such as scheduling service appointments, explaining Cowleys various services to prospective customers, sales, and answering service inquiries.

When not at Cowleys, Donyelle's avid puzzle enthusiast and loves spending time with her family, whether it's watching Monday Night football or an outing at the beach!
