Just a Bunch of Junk
The area is question was full of debris and other junk. Not to mention that the current insulation was old, deteriorating, and saturated with moisture. Fortunately, there wasn't any mold or mildew in the crawl space.
Take it All Out
The first thing we did was remove every single piece of junk, debris, and insulation out of the crawl space. Afterward, we cleaned and disinfected the entire area.
