Alanah G joined Cowleys Pest Services in October 2023 as an Appointment Center Representative. With a background rooted in customer service, she brings strong communication skills and a client-first mindset to her role. Alanah focuses on reviewing and posting technicians’ service tickets, ensuring they are accurate and ready for billing. Her attention to detail helps keep daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

A Wall native, Alanah brings a great sense of humor to the team and is always someone who can lighten the mood. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with the people who matter most to her and her dog, Luna. She also loves discovering new coffee shops and exploring local farmers markets whenever she gets the chance.
