Roland Barrios

Roland Barrios, a Newark resident, joined Cowleys in April 2021 as a Pest Control Technician for our new office in Somerville, NJ, and since day 1, he's been a welcomed and valuable asset to Cowleys!

Prior to joining the Cowleys family, Roland worked as a Route Manager for many years. So when it comes to OSHA and DEP safety, Roland is well trained in the field!

What caught our eye during Roland's interview was his work ethic and his desire to always give 100%! He is a fantastic team player, always willing to lend a hand to current and new customers as well as fellow technicians, and his phenomenal set of communication skills which he uses day-today when communicating with our customers.

When not keeping homes pest-free, Roland loves BBQing and spending time with his family. Also, he is a die-hard sports fan, but his all-time favorite team is the New York Yankees!
