It's rather infrequent in this modern age, when I take the time to acknowledge extraordinary service, primarily because it's simply hard to find, (especially in the world of pests) but I felt compelled to take a few keyboard moments. You were here yesterday and thoroughly evaluated our raccoon and bat visitors effect on our attic.  Your honesty and demeanor were self-evident.  There was a special caring and concern in your voice.  Your assessment was of critical damage and major work to be done which of course shocked us.  but your professionalism and experience walked us meticulously through the insurance coverage aspect.  You were patient as we called our insurance agent.  You gave us all the materials, pictures and diagrams we'd need to submit.  We submitted a few minutes later.  

Wasps and flies getting into the house, and he fully explained what he was going to do to help stop the problem as well as what can be done in the future if we still see problems. He did much more than our previous pest control company ever did and was very nice to deal with!

Caught some problems we didn't even know were there yet. He listened to me (a rare quality!) and explained everything to me, which I really appreciated. I've never gotten such a high level of service and transparency from any other pest control company.
