From the time I reached the office to ask for help, I reached a girl on her first day on the job and it was like I was talking with a long time customer service expert.

Chris was my rep from the company to help me with a big ant problem. He calmed me down and educated me and assured I could call at any time between my 3 visits to get his help. He took a personal interest in me and assured he would fix the problem. So far, so good and I would not ask for any one else to attend to me and my pest problems,
