Our Overall Service
Positive - good service when servicemen arrived. The only negative, was that monthly appointments were seldom kept, and were canceled without notice. this was a problem for us since we like to be home when the serviceman comes by, so we can remind him to avoid certain parts of the yard. It would be best to email us or call us to let us know if an appt. can't be kept. this is preferable to just not showing up. Once rescheduled, the rescheduled appts were almost always kept. If this is fixed would give the company a perfect 5.
