When my dog chased something into one of yr rodent traps and dragged it into the woods, your customer service staff (dawn & Jill) quickly called me back to reassure me that there was no danger to the dog if he hadn't broken the case (can't imagine anything strong enuf to break that case). And your technician showed up as promised to replace it.
