While performing a initial treatment for a new Home Protection Plan customer's home in Pine Beach, NJ we observed a number of ants trailing along the foundation of the property.
Marching Ants
We observed a long trail of the ants coming from landscape.
First the Residual
For treatment, first, we applied a liquid non-repellent residual to the ant trails and along the entire exterior of the building.
Next for the Bait
Afterward, we then applied a granular bait throughout the landscape.
Treatments Are Then Shared
The worker ants will bring both of these applications back to their colony and then transfer the treatments by feeding one another, grooming one another, or eating their own dead. In a short amount of time, the ants will be exterminated.
