Photo Album: Mice Using Multiple Ways to Enter Building in Lawrence Township, NJ
These were how the mice were getting into this commercial building in Lawrence Township, NJ.
Wide Opening
As we inspected the building, we found a number of openings that the mice were using to get inside. One was a wide gap underneath the back door.
More Entrance Ways
There were also a small gap around several crawl space doors and a number of the exhaust vents were left wide open and exposed! We showed all of these issues to the owner and he mentioned that, once the mice are gone, he's going to have his maintenance team properly seal up the openings.
Bait Stations Installed
In the meantime we installed a number of rodent bait stations throughout the crawl space, the boiler room, the storage room, and in several locations around the exterior of the property.
Come Back
Once we were done we scheduled a number of return visits to replenish the bait inside the bait stations as needed and to monitor the rodent activity.
