Album Description
While servicing one of my commercial properties in Little Silver, NJ, I was told by the management office that a tenant was having a mice issue.
During my exterior inspection, I found the mice entry point into the unit. Whenever there is a rodent or other wildlife infestation, the first step is to determine the access point so that the animals can be excluded from future entry. Management assured me that the maintenance department would permanently seal the hole.
To resolve the immediate rodent infestation, I applied a residual tracking powder dust insecticide into the opening, and also secured an exterior rodent bait station right below the opening to trap the mice.
