Beginning my inspection, I immediately noticed extensive termite damage to the front wall in the family room.
The termite damage was so bad that it reached the ceiling! The ceiling above this wall had water leaking through because of a clogged gutter on the balcony above.
There was also extensive termite damage in the window frame as well.
In order to effectively treat for termites, I drilled into the wall.
And then injected a foaming termiticide. This product binds to the treated area and creates a protective zone that the termites cannot detect.
I also drilled and treated under the stoop area abutting this wall to reach the termites underground with a liquid form of the termiticide.
I also treated the soil under the brick veneer. The termites will unknowingly come in contact with both of these treatments and share it among their entire colony. This ensures rapid extermination of the termites and will protect the home for years to come.
This home in Middletown, NJ had significant termite damage.
