had used it all that Summer and turned it off in the Fall. When we went to start it up in May, 2019 we got an "error message". I immediately called Cowley's as the Unit was still under Warranty. I gave them the "error message" and they set up a Service call within a day or two. When the guys came, I was very surprised that they came in with a whole new Unit and just replaced the original one with no questions asked and took the old one away! They didn't even attempt to "repair" the unit or give us a hard time about replacing it! We were more than pleased with their Service and how they honored the Warranty on the Dehumidifier. I would highly recommend Cowleys sales and service to anyone wanting to deal locally with a family-owned and operated business.
