Jill Esposito
Cowleys Pest Services
Title: Office/Production Manager
Hometown: Brick

Jill Esposito, a Brick resident, has been with Cowleys for over 15 years! Prior to joining us, she already had extensive experience in the pest control industry. She has been instrumental in helping Cowleys growth and success. Every day she is “raring to go,” bringing unmatched boundless energy to her dual positions of Christmas Decor Director and Production Manager. Jill is able to hold these two positions because she has the energy of two people (although some of us are convinced that she is cloned and there are actually two Jills doing the work!).
As Production Manager, Jill works to optimize the daily routes for over 15 technicians criss-crossing a good part of the state, ensuring that our field operations are flowing smoothly, and that our technicians given the support they need. Our field work is dynamic and must be periodically adjusted throughout the day. To accomplish this, Jill knows the ever-changing “big picture” throughout the day — where every technician is working and the estimated length of time to complete the assignment. She modifies schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity, so that we can and deliver the best customer service. To better interact and facilitate communications with our field technicians, on her own initiative, Jill became a licensed NJDEP commercial pesticide applicator. Also, as a Certified Sentricon® Termite Baiting System Specialist, she has a thorough understanding of termite control.
Jill gladly adds one Christmas Decor Director to her already full platter. To her, it’s a way of spreading some much needed holiday cheer. Nearly single handedly, she manages all aspects of our Christmas Decor lighting display business, including scheduling, follow-up, account management and coordinating the worker elves (after all these years, the elves still think that Mrs. Claus is calling the shots, but that’s our secret!).
Jill spends her off-time relaxing with family and friends. With her husband, daughter, two cats, and three rambunctious dogs, there is never a dull moment in the Esposito household!
