Ian Moore

We're excited to welcome Ian Moore to the Cowleys family as one of our Appointment Center Representatives! Ian, a long time resident of Bayville, NJ, has a plethora of customer service experience. Some of his previous positions were an office manager, front desk supervisor, and payroll collections! During our interview process what made Ian stand out, aside from his contagious positive attitude and professionalism, was the fact that he said, "I want people to know I'm always willing help and I won't rest until every single customers requests are handled correctly and professionally!"

Ian will be the first contact that a prospective customer has with Cowleys. He happily takes on a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the day, such as scheduling service appointments, explaining Cowleys various services to prospective customers, sales, and answering service inquiries. 

Ian, along with his partner, is a travel enthusiast and is addicted to rollercoasters. One of his favorite hobbies is to ride along the Jersey shoreline in his beach cruiser.
