Denise Cicencia, a Toms River resident, is one of our talented appointment center representatives. She has been with Cowleys since 2016. Prior to joining Cowleys, Denise managed a call center where she was responsible for scheduling, training, and expediting calls and routes. In short, she made sure that the call center was properly staffed and trained and that calls were timely and properly answered. She is very health conscious and is a licensed nutritionist in New Jersey. We don’t know if it’s a coincidence, but there has been a lot less junk food being eaten in the office since Denise has been with us.
Denise is often the first contact that prospective customer has with Cowleys. She happily takes on a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the day. Denise schedules service appointments, explains Cowleys various services to prospective customers, sales, and answers service inquiries. When she isn’t dealing with customers, she helps performs whatever administrative tasks need to get done for the day. Denise is cheerful, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys helping our customers.
In her time off, Denise likes to read, take walks and day trips visiting different places, and especially enjoys spending time with loved ones.
