SERVICE DATES

Three scheduled service calls annually, unlimited service calls all year round on pests covered under plan.

SPRING SERVICE- April 1st - June 15th
SUMMER SERVICE- June l5th - August 31st
FALL SERVICE- September 1st - November 28th

BASIC SERVICE DESCRIPTION

  • Our office will call your home the week service is due, letting you know service is forthcoming.

  • Our technician will apply a residual product around all door frames and windows on the first floor of the home.

  • Our technician will apply a residual 10' barrier around the outside perimeter of the home.

  • Materials are used indoors only where a problem has been identified or upon request.

  • You may customize the H&FPP to fit the particular needs of your home if your request is within reason.

Tick Control Package
  • Perimeter barrier of residual materials to vegetation along paths, trails, and tall grassy areas bordering wooded areas or fields.
Termite Early Warning

This system is designed to detect the presence of termites near the structure. It is not a guarantee or warranty of any kind. It's purpose is to alert the homeowner to the presence of termites, which may otherwise have gone undetected. This will allow the customer to take the appropriate action needed to protect the structure from costly damage. If treatment is necessary, Cowley's will submit a separate proposal for treatment.

Service Description

  • The placement of Termite monitors 10'-15' around the exterior of the dwelling.
  • Inspection and maintenance of monitors 3 times per year.
