Comments: Extremely pleased and would recommend this company to anyone. The technician was very professional and courteous. He came to identify a bug and give a free estimate. After checking out the problem and taking a sample with him, he called me back within less than a half hour of leaving here with the information. It seems that our problem was able to be solved without any treatments from them and he recommended what we can do on our own to rectify the problem. I was amazed that they did not try to push any services or recommend something that we didn't need. I felt they were completely honest and weren't looking to make a quick profit.
